Not receiving verification codes since porting my number over to Smarty from O2

Since moving to Smarty I am unable to recieve verification codes, making critical life admin impossible. I’ve been given so much advice, much of it contradicting and still waiting for an update from the technical team. This has been a massive pain to say the least
