No voicemail for Smarty customers.

The 30 seconds ringing before voicemail is too long to even work with some other networks.

Ringing from Lyca to Smarty doesnt even get to the Smarty voicemail before it cuts the call! This may happen with other networks too??? ... Try ringing your own number and see if it even gets to the voicemail before cutting out!

Ideally it should be changeable by each customer. Or at least it needs to be changed to a max of 25 seconds for everyone.
