No signal since 07/11/2024

Hello. 

So since the 07/11/2024 the signal for calls, texts and data has been off in the NE3 3 area of Newcastle. Been told a few times there's no issues or it's getting fixed.

It's now 10days since it went off and nothing has been done to correct it. I'm considering switching to a different network as this has went to far now for it to be fixed. 

Its more annoying I'm paying £18 a month for unlimited everything and I'm unable to use it.

Has anybody in the same area had the same issues or close by to the area.

I've heard Three and ID mobile are also down as they are all on the same network.
