No Service when away from WiFi
Whenever I’m away from WiFi, my iPhone says No Service. I can’t make or receive calls, send texts, or do anything that depends on phone or internet access. When I’m at home or anywhere else where I can connect to Wi-Fi, everything works fine.
This has been going on for weeks - before then, it was fine.
Any advice, please?

Hi are you saying that when you have WiFi you can make calls and send texts ?
MikeNas_1036139 Firstly, do a Network Status check to see if there is a local mast problem.
Are you also not able to make calls or send texts when elsewhere? If network status is OK then I wonder if there is a problem with your sim in that case - you could ask for a replacement.
