No outbound calls (2 different phones)
In BD21 area, unable to make outbound calls, just silence and the calls aren't getting to the other end. No info on websites. What's the process

CJ_806 NetworkStatus checker shows no problem for the few postcodes in BD21 that I tried just now. Did you try it for your area?
Can you try taking the sim out and gently cleaning before re-inserting? If that does not work, try in another phone maybe?
If it works in another phone, this suggests a problem with yours.
If it doesn't, it may be a faulty sim and you can order a replacement.
Also worth first double checking with Support Team via web chat.
