No mobile data.
I recently bought a new phone and I can't pick up my mobile data? The phone is working with WiFi but when I'm out of the house it's not switching to my mobile data.

ToyahMo_1409685 Firstly, have you checked that mobile data is on in settings?
Is it working for calls and texts? If not, it may not be complaint with Smarty protocol for VoLTE now that 3G has been switched off.
