No data or signal please help

Hi my signal for my phone has been fine up until the last two days lost signal for about a hour then came back on and was fine until today it’s been off constantly all day then randomly comes back on with 1 bar for about 10 seconds then goes straight back off again. I have no data signal at all either which has just happened today it’s not been on all day can anyone please help and explain this checked the status checker and it says everything is fine so I don’t understand what is happening with it
