Newbie cant connect
Bought a router and chip and topped up for unlimited data only as bringing laptop away to Spain for interview I have online
Computer keeps asking for password and not accepting anything I have with no Internet secured appearing
Help please

If your laptop is asking for a password to connect to the mobile router you've bought, that password should be shown on a label on the router, or on a piece of paper/card that comes with the router.
Note that in order for mobile data to work in Spain, you will need to change the APN setting in the router to 'mob.asm.net'.
SusanHo_2168816 Have you ensured that the router settings are correct? You will need to set it to mob.asm.net and that should be somewhere in settings page -see manual.
