New to Smarty. Could not find activate sim option, ended up ordering new sim. I dont want it!!

So i purchased a data sim of amaon a few weeks ago and this morning i wanted to register it and start using it in my mobile router.

 

I had to use my phone to set it up but i could not find the actiavte new sim  option and after creating an account and paying £20 for unlimted data plan ive ended up ordering a new sim which will take a few days to arrive. 

Im now left with now internet until that arrives.

 

So i was wondering is there a way i can get the simcard i have now activated onto my new account which ive all ready paid £20 or do i have to wait for this new sim card?

    Hello Matthew_2052870 . This sounds a bit complicated. When you paid for the first sim, did it not work straight away?

    You seem to have now paid for another sim, and that may complicate things a bit.

    If you have a web chat with Support team, I'm sure they can sort it out and credit any excess money spent.

      Either smarty's people are dumb or too smart and on its next level behave as naive and keep playing. Same is my problem I got a SIM as router bundle.
