I cannot receive or make calls today on Smarty. Any idea why?

There are a few reasons this might be, I recommend contacting our customer care team who can walk you through troubelshooting, https://smarty.co.uk/contact available daily from 8am – 8pm.
ClaireBu_402414 Network Status check first will show ny local problems. If problem continues then try turning off and then on again. Failing that, web chat with Smarty Support.
Have you checked to see if there are any outages in your area via your account?
