My phone is not working for voice calls. I can't make or receive calls. I can't access my voice mail.
I have checked on my network coverage for my postcode and it says " They are working in our area and it should be working soon". However my phone has not been able make it received calls for 10 days at least.
I can make calls on WhatsApp and I can text and use WhatsApp.

SallyWra_873880 Have you checked that the phone is compatible with Smarty VoLTE now that 3G has been turned off?
