Hi I have just been away to the eu (France) with my new unit with a new activated SIM card switched it on to use for my tv and nothing happened just said no internet what bid I do wrong.

PhilipP_2890900 It is either as SmartyTrousers ,or perhaps you had no signal and needed a manual search for networks
Did you set the APN to 'mob.asm.net', as required?
