Need to contact help by email

Hi

 

i’m having problems I can’t use my Data SIM

I  bought a data only SIM to go in a hotspot router to share the data with my laptop for work but I put SIM in and I can’t share the hotspot. 

I’m deaf/speech impaired so can’t use voice calls I contact everyone via email or messages.  I can’t remember my password and have to keep asking for a link to get on here. 

the help section just leads to loads of multiple choice questions none of which are useful I just want a direct email address to contact smarty to ask if I can cancel this as I have still been unable to use any of the data I had paid for! 
it’s very frustrating..I thought a data plan would just automatically work as an hotspot as soon as I put it in the device.

    PhoenixRising​ It may be that you have not got the correct settings in your router. The APN needs to be set to mob.asm.net usually.

    Is it worth popping the sim into a phone and then trying it as a hotspot? I believe that phones will automatically set to the correct details (somebody will doubtless jump in if I am wrong). If it works in the phone, then my earlier thoughts about settings may well be the answer.
