My Sim Pin?
Saw a TV program last night. It said we should protect our SIM card with a PIN number. I don’t know what this is. Can Smarty help?

If you repeatedly try to input and get it wrong, it will lock the phone and stop all usage.
I think that you will need to contact Support Team via web chat and ask for a PUK (PIN Unlock Code).
You say that you have forgotten the sim pin, but is the phone working without?
Enter an incorrect sim pin ten times and the SIM is permanently locked and you will require a new SIM card.
