My plan has been paused ! WHY ?!
Well, this is alarming !
My plan has been paused for some reason !
I have auto renew turned on and also a credit balance of £62, so I can see no reason why my plan has been paused !
Will contact support ASAP, but as it’s gone midnight, I can’t see me getting help until the morning, which is very concerning !
EDIT : I can receive and make calls, and data is working, so this is VERY ODD ! 🧐

JJP2 I do get a text each month upon renewal - always have done.

I can't speak specifically about your account on this platform but the most common issue tends to be payments failing, sometimes this can happen when you get a new bank card.
