Agreed, I was explaining about my phone only works with wifi. Mobile data is not available due to the disconnected status.
My Smarty plan consistently shows it is underused, yes available has always been available.
PhilipN_1449634 Web chat with Smarty Support maybe? Wonder if there is an issue with your account that needs resetting from their end?
For some reasons, my phone mobile network status has reverted to 'connected' status. Maybe it could be my account on the provider end going through a glitch.
