Lost Phone issue
Hi,
My daughter has a SMARTY phone and we have the EMEI number for it. She lost it today and we want to get SMARTY to block it but she doesnt know her SMARTY password. How can we contact someone to get this done?

When you log into the Smarty home page online and scroll down to the bottom there is a link saying "Contact Us" If you click on it it takes you to the Contact Us page Scroll down and where it says "How To Get More Help" there is a button labelled "Start a web chat" Click on this and between 8AM and 8PM it will allow you to initiate a web chat with a Smarty customer support agent.
The one time I have used it I got through quickly though it will vary depending on how busy the agents are.
