How about: "Please can anyone tell me how to get a PUK code?" (Good manners to ask politely)

As in the post below titled 'PUK code required'. Go to the Contact Us Web Page Scroll down to where it says 'How To Get More Help' and use the button labelled 'Start A Webchat to contact a Smarty support agent between 8 AM and 8 PM. They will help you get a PUK code.
