KT13 service for broadband
Useless connectivity for over a week. All I get is there is an issue we will sort it out shortly. When I did a speed test on my TV yesterday my connection was 187km away???!

DavidHi_3170341 Speed test apps work on a variety of servers and not necessarily your nearest, so it doesn’t mean much. I have a company nearby, but tests usually focus on a server about 25 miles away.

So is your Smarty working for your company? Ping should be close to 10 it is always way above 30? Download not even 2 and upload hardly registers…
