Just renewed my plan, negative days until renewal????
I renewed my plan today. Refresh the page just to see that I've only got 4 Gb left, and that there are "-13 days left until renewal on the 2nd of september".
What the hell is this??

You presumably know when you expect your plan to renew.
"What the hell is this?" - How about.....a blip in the system?
The main thing is that you have service. Have you checked both website account and app dashboard?
If the situation persists and you are really concerned, try a web chat with Smarty Support so that they can check your account.
