Just enrolled in plan , told sim activated but i have not got sim card yet ?

It is EXACTLY the issue I have with SMARTY: I ordered the SIM card almost two weeks ago. The first one didn't arrive. Then, the option to request a second one became active and I ordered a replacement. It didn't arrive either. I usually receive cheap stuff from China without any issues, but I can't receive a SIM card shipped from UK because the employees at SMARTY cant properly write an address.
Then, the attitude of the SMARTY customer service is disgusting: I contacted someone (under the username "Lovina") regarding this issue and 24h later I still haven't received any solution. Time is running and in 3 days I'll have no more Internet connection (and I was relying on the new contract with SMARTY).
