Ive brought a data only sim as well as my normal phone some ajf the data sim not working

PaulSmi_2549227  You cannot have two sims on one email, unless you have formed a group and activated the second one as a 'nickname' sim. Did you do that? When did you activate the second one - it's not totally instantaneous and you may have to wait a couple of hours.
