Itv competition
I have just purchased an add on in order to enter an itv competition. The itv app sends a code to my mobile to verify. I never receive the code. Something must be blocked on my Samsung phone but I've gone through everything that Smarty gave suggested.
Any ideas ?

I have now found the solution! My messages were set as Google messages as default. I changed to Samsung Messages and the code came through. Success 🙌 Am just annoyed now that I spent money on an add on of £10 thinking that the competition would take money from that. It didn't so I ended up paying another £10 just to enter the competition. Won't be doing that again!!!
NicoleD_4053302 Sorry to state what might seem. obvious......have you checked that the account you set up definitely has your correct number?
A quick internet search threw up this problem with a number of people, but did not show a definite solution.
