Issue with incoming calls
My phone works for outgoing calls and messages. However i cannot get incoming calls. The caller gets a message of "invalid number" or "number not in service".
Is anyone else having similar issues? this is happening with three different sim cards in my family plan

Hi, did you get this issue sorted. I can only receive incoming calls from other smarty users but no one else or any landlines

RaulPere_833632 Have you ported in the numbers from other networks?
Probably worth having a web chat with Support Team so that they can check your account. We re Community Forum members like you and so cannot check your account.
