Is this a SCAM?
I’ve just had a phone call from someone saying they’re from smarty and saying my SIM card will expire and I need a new one which will be in the post! Is this genuine or a scam?

AnnieMc_1961240 I have never heard of SIM cards expiring from SMARTY. The only expiry is the 220 day inactivity while not having an active plan, which after that, they would close your account and you would need a new SIM: What happens if I don't renew my plan? | SMARTY Help Centre.
This might be a SIM swap fraud. SMARTY also doesn't have a support phone number, outside of the complaints number. If your current SIM works, you don't need to do anything. Just throw away whatever SIM you get sent via post, which probably won't even come with the SMARTY branded packaging. If you ever need a new SIM, you can do that on the dashboard or app.
