Invoice or receipt
Hello, on the smarty website its stated "SMARTY is a mobile service that's just for consumers and is only intended for personal use. We don't offer any business plans, so we can't issue VAT receipts ...

IanSamp_2867879 As far as I am aware, PayPal counts as a financial service and are paying Smarty what they claim but PayPal are not charging VAT and therefore will not show any. It is only Smarty who are charging the VAT but they are not required to supply a VAT invoice as they are not dealing with businesses, only consumers.
