I would like to change my existing smarty number to new one without cancelling my existing plan?

Smarty deals good but customer chat option is awful and tiresome.
NavinaV_2077583 There is a reason that you need to go through web chat with the Support Team. Normally, you cannot simply decide to change your number unless there is a good reason and they will want to know a bit more about that before offering such a change.

I find the chat options exhausting frustrating , especially if you have more than one question at a time or complex. I am angry that I did not get the results that I was looking for; smarty may good with deals but their customer service is awful.
