I need to call an 800 number and the phone won’t let me what should I do?

When calling numbers that are allowed with a Smarty plan, there are times when the number will not connect or an unavailable message pops up.

I think this is due to the call going from your mobile signal to a landline number and then onto internet telephony. It may be that the system gets 'confused' and thinks it is not and included number.

If you try again after a while, it is usually successful from experience.

This is a freephone number, and should be allowed able to be called. Are you using a data only SIM? Are you able to call other numbers?
