How to change plan
Hi,
I want to change my plan. I have found the guide to changing plan, which has these instructions:
Manage plan > change your plan.
However, there is no 'change your plan' option for me.
Hope someone can help,

Are you also certain that you are logged into the correct account?
Are you using the SMARTY app or the SMARTY dashboard on the website, Charlie_1549270?
In my own account, from the online SMARTY website dashboard, I've got a change plan option.
The dashboard URL is https://smarty.co.uk/dashboard/change-plan.
