How to add additional phone to smarty plan
I have a phone that I use a smarty sim that I use for work; I want to add my personal phone to use a smarty sim with.
I added my phone to a group plan, and entered my existing number (that I want to keep) and added my PAC code to keep my existing number.
When I go on the dashboard and go to group plan, it has the additional phone number and Sim, but hasn’t changed to my old number, which I used the PAC code for. When should I expect the phone number to change to my preferred phone number?
Any help would be appreciated!

DuncanS_2036069 When you applied to port in a number, then you should have been given some choice and also received a confirmation. When the number ports in (not over weekends though) it should change on your dashboard and you should get an email confirming.
Generally, a port in should happen by the end of next business day.
