How long will it take to transfer my old phone number from my old provider to Smarty

If you request today, it should be done by 5pm next business day.(tomorrow in this case)

Assuming you gave Smarty your PAC code by last Friday, Iwould say Tuesday 7th May, tomorrow, as today, Monday 6th May is a bank holiday, not a working day Figgy_2552
Numbers are not transferred AKA “ported” between networks on the weekends or bank holidays.

We did it Saturday evening so in that case it should be by the close of business today.
