Change your APN to ‘mob.asm.net’, which is a one time only change, which you can leave alone, as it will also work here in the UK.

As Turkey isn’t in the EU, you may wish to buy an “out of plan” add on, which never expires, and can also be converted to your account balance, when you come home from Turkey, so that you can use mobile data during the occasions you do not have wi-if.
