Abdulaz_3039292 The way to do that is to firstly stop any auto-renew in your Account Dashboard. Then, if you do not use the sim for 180 days, Smarty will email you to give you 40 days notice that the sim will deactivate. In other words, if you do not use smarty for about 7 months, the sim will stop working.
