I'm getting a bit frustrated. I look after Smarty accounts for my husband and my niece, who both have their own email address and password. But the details for my account are nowhere to be found when...
Is it a group? If so you can click on the blue circle at top right to change the account you are looking at.
Failing that, you need a web chat with Smarty support to sort an account issue
