It just says Awaiting order and shows me package to buy but i already on one the app know it's me and I can see my payment history but not the dashboard

Hi EddieKi_1951262 . Only just spotted this as it is not in the right part of the forum - normally posts go in the "Chats & Hacks" section if you are looking for some help and then you should get replies.
Not quite clear here - are you saying that you have a sim, have purchased a plan, but it is not working in the phone? The main thins is....does everything work or not?
If there are problems only with what is showing, then have a quick web chat with the Support team as they can look into your account to see what has happened (We Forum members cannot do that)
