Can't see balance or dashboard just says awaiting order but sim has been activated

Just spotted that you posted late on a Sunday evening. I suspect that may be the reason why everything has not updated.

As Chalkychap says, but also it may be that the system doesn't update instantly and you may need to refresh a little later on.
