Having been on the phone all morning trying to get a sim card assigned Suhas has now disappeared. I cant start a new conversation as it just keeps taking me back to my conversation with him. I am at screaming point!!! Any ideas

LinWood_1146856 Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do because we are forum members like you and not Smarty employees.
I am surprised that you haven't been able to get this sorted quickly - I assume you mean web chat rather than on the phone - because an agent responded to a problem and had it sorted for me within minutes yesterday afternoon.
