Help with new sim card
I ordered an eSIM only to find it’s not compatible with m6 phone. I have put in a SIM card that was sent but now cannot set up as it’s sending text to my old number and I don’t have the old sim and the network has now closed my account

Geraldi_1737556 You are going to need to have a web chat with Smarty support to sort this out, I think.
The sim that was sent - was it activated, or was it for you to give to friends? I'm assuming that the esim was supplied to your new number that had been ported across from the old network. You can check your Account Dashboard to see that it has the correct number.
