Help need group information
Hi I would like to have my son join smarty he has a chip but from a different provider I would like for him to switch to smarty using his same number or do I still need to buy him a separate chip thanks
1.You will need to order a sim for him
2. Activate the sim
3. Complete a transfer request to his old network - using his old number and the PAC from them
4. Transfer him into your group

For you to transfer your son (and his phone number) to Smarty you'd need to get a PAC code from the existing provider.
You'd also need to order a SIM from Smarty who can be contacted on http://www.smarty.co.uk/contact/
When you have the SIM and PAC you can then activate the SIM. To do this search for SIM activation in the Help articles. You can then add your sons number to a Smarty group.
