Help i activated a esim instead ov my new sim
Hi can any one help me i have started a esim but my phone dosnt run esim I was ment to set up my sim i got fro. The shop how can I get it put other onto my real sim i have

JasonBa_4555578 If you got the physical SIM from the shop, you would have needed to go to smarty.co.uk/activate and enter the SIM number there.
It seems like you started a new account and selected eSIM. You would need to close that account. You can try requesting a PAC code from that eSIM account, and go to the activation page for the physical SIM and input the PAC code there when prompted.
