Group plan activation
Trying to start a group plan with my bonus sim. It's just not happening, keep being told new sim will be sent in post. Please help, getting so frustrated. Thanks.

Unfortunately this appears to be correct. If you want a second SIM on your existing account you have to have SMARTY post it out to you. A SIM you already have in hand (eg a bonus SIM or shop bought SIM) can only be activated onto a new account (ie a different email address) and then that separate account added to a group which you set up and act as the owner of.

Are you starting the new sim with a new email address and account?

You can order more than one SMARTY plan, but you’ll have to create different accounts. However, you’re still able to use the same payment details for all of them.
