GPS SIM CARD
Can anyone tell me if there is a GPS SIM card available on here? Either one off payment or PAYG? Want one for a tracker on vehicle

There is nothing available for a one-off payment. Smarty operates with plans that last for one month and can be auto-renewed or changed for a different plan (or left without a plan for up to 220 days in total)

Smarty still offer only one month plans. You can choose a data only it suits.
For a tracker, you will need to know how much data it uses in a month.
Looks like Vodaphone or EE then?
