Frustrated
I’ve been told my number has been transferred successfully, by Smarty and previous supplier. Today, I cannot connect to 03 numbers, but can other (mobile) numbers. Why?

Many 03 numbers use internet telephony. From experience, they don’t always connect first time but usually do if you try again. I believe that there are too many hops from mobile to landline to internet.
