You cannot port forward on a SMARTY connection. SMARTY use CGNAT!

You would probably need to contact Smarty support. 

Also, bear in mind that if you planning to use Smarty for commercial use, that contravenes section 5.15 of their terms and conditions below, so you may find your service suspended :
