Expiry time of plan, start of new plan
Hi, I'm new to Smarty and my first renewal is on Thursday 29th, I have turned off auto-renewal as I'm going on holiday, so I take it my last day of use will be tomorrow, the 28th. What time does the plan run out? Will it be valid until midnight tomorrow?
Secondly, when I return and turn on auto-renewal, will the new plan start straight away (and not on the anniversary of the old plan)?

Kata_3103 Probably best to confirm with Smarty Support via web chat.
As far as I am aware, your plan should run out at midnight tomorrow. When you buy the next plan after returning, it should start within a couple of hours on that day and then run for one month from then i.e. changing your original new plan date each month.
I assume that you are not taking a holiday in the EU - were you aware that you could roam with your plan there and use up to 12Gb data and a roam limit of 60 days?
