Everything still doesnt work ..
Since the outage .. I have no data , can't call and send texts.. says emergency calls only .. everybody else I know with smarty is back in running .. have not had any service since Friday.. customer service trying hard to solve but with no success .. getting fed up

Alistai_2485012 Have you tried the standard remedies such as turning phone off then on again, taking out sim and cleaning gently etc?
