Eu data and calls
I purchased a data add on some months ago but have never been able to access data through roaming or make or receive any calls from eu or to eu while I’m in eu.
what’s going on? I have changed the settings to the required setting but still no joy?
This is getting very annoying.

PeterDe_2418980 A standard data add on is not for roaming. You can roam in the EU using a current Smarty plan.
I suggest a read of the Price Guide which has good detail.
