EU data after 60 days?

Hi, I pay for my family's accounts. My son has been working in France for a few months and, I guess, because his phone hasn't been jn the UK for a couple of months, he can no longer use his 12gb of Smarty data. He's back permanently in a few weeks but I'd like him to be able to use his 12gb before then if possible since I am paying for it (to keep his number).

Is there anything I can do? I am the 'manager' of the accounts...

adsm_3453103 You will find more information in the Smarty Price Guide:

https://cdn.smarty.co.uk/files/SMARTY-Price-Guide.pdf P.11 states that you may only Roam in the EU for up to 60 consecutive days and so that may be the problem.

If his plan only contains 12Gb data then when it is used up, you could add a Data Add On - see P.14

If he has just used the 12Gb Roaming Allowance, you can buy Roaming Data Passes for 1 or 3 days - see p16.

That said, if he has a relatively modern phone, you may be better off with a Travel Esim from companies such as Airalo, Roamless, Saily etc (Loads of them out there) as they usually work out cheaper.

Thanks, yeah the problem is 60 days. He has 40gb of data. I just wondered if there was a work around, but maybe not. 3 days isn't really worth it. He already uses an esim, but I just wanted to claw back some of the stuff I paid for that isn't being used (because 60 day limit/data cutoff)
