Who else is leaving Smarty due to lack of esim?
Since I joined Smarty, I've been very happy overall, but the lack of esim is a big issue now that phones are moving in that direction.
I tried to sign up with Lycamobile, but they are awful.
I've just found out that GiffGaff offers esim. I was with them previously, so will be switching back.

Do giffgaff have inclusive EU roaming and WiFi Calling bundled with their plans, Paul_1061440?
Giff Gaff seems to be the one at the moment. Im going to have no choice but to leave smarty soon after many years of promoting them. Very sad and short sighted of smarty IMHO.
Paul_1061440 It seems to me that the numbers leaving are not significant. If they were, the company would have taken some action by now I think.
The cold fact is that probably for the majority of customers, e-sim is not an important feature. Many new phones will take a physical sim plus an sim and so people can still buy the e-sim from a specialist company for international roaming, if it suits their needs.
