Please a number has been calling that my monthly fee (£20) for unlimited data, calls and text can be reduced to (£12) per month. Is this from smarty

Tonye123 This could well be a scam. As Unitysounduk says, you may be eligible for the £12 Social Tariff if you receive certain income-based benefits (the most common is Universal Credit)
Hi smarty don't do calls so it's false but if your on UK benefits like ESA then yes unlimited calls texts and data is £12 if you haven't disclosed this information to smarty take the call as false
